The Dancers

All through out my performing life I had the good fortune to meet and perform with many dance stars of the past, most, outstanding of all was Alexandra Danilova and was most gracious to me ; a great artist and a great lady.

I meet most of the great Spanish dancers of the past. La Argentinita and Pilar  Lopez  were both great artists and personalities.

Among the historic Spanish dancers were Vicente Escudero.  In a special place is Carmen Amaya the great bailora.

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet in the classical ballet  dance world Millissa Hayden and in the modern field Doris Humphrey and Ted Shawn, Pearl Lang and many more which was such a great experience.
